Wellness Ways Living by Charlene J.M. Pekoz
Choosing higher levels of wellness is a matter of personal
self-love and response-ability, a conscious choice.  It means
learning about and acting upon more healthy ways of living,
loving, working and playing.  A Wellness Ways Coach can be
a valuable teacher and encouraging co-Gardener of that Spirit
throughout the four seasons of your health and life, helping you

to invest in you more wisely and consistently.

Wellness does not mean being perfect and happy all the time, or never being ill or
dis-eased.  Wellness means being more self loving and accepting of you and your
life at this time and forgiving of mistakes.  It means learning to be the hopeful change
agent in your life and reclaim daily an attitude of gratitude along the way.  Wellness
ways living means making small daily choices in the positive care and feeding of the
Garden of You, your relationships and finances; and reducing putting toxins in your
sacred body, mind, relationships, and Mother Earth.

As soil needs quality nutrients, so, too, do our human cells, as well as our minds,
spirits, and relationships.  As they say, “Garbage in, garbage out.”  Learn to re-plant
daily those small quality seeds of change resulting in more fruitful harvests.
Wellness ways are investment choices that do revitalize and re-enrich.  Here are few
low cost, high yield suggestions: 1. Unplug and be quiet five minutes each day. 2.
Breath three times deeply many times a day. 3. Take ten-minute walks two times a
day. 4. Eat one more fruit and veggie each day. 5. Choose quality nutritional food
supplements to nourish your stressed, hard working cells (not all are created equal).
6. Find more joy in you and your relationships. 7. Laugh more. 8. Write out your
goals and dreams. 9. Seek counsel. 10. Volunteer. 11. Know your limits; seek
balance.  12. Pay off debt/save for the future. 13. Give thanks daily for what you do
have; tell others that you love and value them often.

Remember life is a process.  Commit to on-going education, evaluation, and
engagement in wellness ways.  Yoda wisely said, “No try. Do!”  Do give and receive
the best your life, relationships, and health deserves today because inch by inch,
row by row, your Wellness Ways Garden will grow.
