SIZE OF ADS:  All advertisements in the Lotus are a maximum of 4.7" wide.  The cost of each ad
is based on the length of the ad.  A full page is 4.7" wide by 7.5" long.  Samples of different sized ads
are shown below.  A 1/4 page ad can usually contain the amount of information shown in a typical
business card in the landscape mode.

AD RATES:  There are discount for placing 2 or more ads.  See Advertising Rates for details.

DEADLINE DATES FOR AD SUBMISSION:  Each issue of the guide is published every four
months, beginning in April, August, and December.  See Deadlines and Publication Dates for
details.

ORDERING ONLINE:  Use an online form to submit your advertisement.  You will be given a
choice of paying online or mailing a check later.

ORDERING BY MAIL:  
Download the order form (see left margin) and mail along with logo/ photo /art on CD with check
payable to Lotus Resource Guide  to:

ARTWORK: It is preferred that all artwork be submitted via email to lotusrg@sbcglobal.net.  You
can also mail a CD (PC format).  Minimum resolution is 300 DPI.   
     Formats accepted:  Word, EPS, JPG, TIF, PSD, AI, PUB, and PDF.  Color ads should be in CMYK
format to ensure proper color printing.

FREE SCANNING:  If you have a logo or business card that you would like scanned, please mail
the item.  It will be scanned for free. Please make sure the item is in good condition for the best
scanning results.  

TWO METHODS OF PAYMENT
  • By Check.  Make checks payable to Lotus Resource Guide.  Please send cash, check or
    money order for payment. Again, payment must be received by the deadline date to
    guarantee that your advertisement will be published.
  • Using a Credit or Debit Card with PayPal.  You can now pay for your advertisement on-line
    using PayPal, which accepts, e-checks, debits, and credit cards. You do not have to have an
    account with PayPal to use their service and there is no fee to you.  Click here for more

WEB PAGE:
During the 4-months that your ad appears in the printed Lotus, the ad will also be displayed on the
Lotus website on your own web page.  This is a free service provided to each advertiser.
