Each issue of the guide is distributed for four months, beginning in April, August, and December.
All advertisements have a maximum width of 4.7 inches.  
For example, the 1/4 pg ad is 4.7" x 1.9", the 1/3 pg is 4.7" x 2.5", up to the full pg ad which is 4.7" x 7.5".
The cost of the various sized ads (1/4 pg, 1/3 pg, etc.) is based on its length (see below).
